Last night I performed at @secondhome_la in Los Angeles in a major collaboration with @coritaartcenter @greatdiscontent & @dublab to celebrate the life & times of Sister Corita Kent; the revolutionary artist and nun whose art spoke to the times of justice, peace, love & the dissent of war. The @aaronroseofficial film ‘Become A Microscope’ , Aaron’s beautiful film about Corita screened and a discussion panel followed. I closed the night with some inspiration from Rule Number 4 (of the 10 rules created by Corita). “Rule 4—- consider everything an experiment”......I took that to heart. Sitting in on drums is my buddy Miles Senzaki @pointlobo checkout Corita Kent #coritakent and check @dublab for some extended electronic programming inspired by Corita’s Rules with other amazing artists.
