Here’s a is quick bench warmup you can save for your next workout. What many people Fail to realize is how important a specific warmup is. Sure you could say just warmin up with the bar and some lighter sets is a good warm up. But if you want to maximize your workout you probably want to be a little more specific. Try mobilizing the shoulder joint before you bench. Throw in some stability based moves to challenge the shoulder as well. And then do something to activate your central nervous system to get you ready for your workout! I typically throw in some form or rear delt work either in my warmup or paired with my working sets on bench as well. Here’s the warmup I did: 2-3 rounds -90/90 arm sweep x10ea -Shoulder taps with opposite leg lift x 10ea -Bent over MB Chest Pass x 5 *band pull aparts we’re paired with working sets of bench
