For part 2️⃣ of my 🌱Vegan Cooking Basics Series🌱 I’m gonna show you how to make super easy and flavourful marinated tofu 💪🏻 1. Cut a ~400g block of firm tofu into cubes as big or as small as you want, depending on how you’ll be serving it. 2. Transfer the tofu into a jar and add 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tsp apple cider vinegar, 1/2 tsp maple syrup, 1/4 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 tsp chilli flakes (optional for spice), and 1 tbsp chopped green onions. 3. Seal the jar, give it a little shake, and store the tofu in the fridge for up to 1 week. 4. Add it to your meals as a ready-to-eat plant protein!
