Grab some: Tamari(GF preferably) + Tahini and mix through the rice while it’s still warm. Onion and garic or what ever herbs and spices you like. Brown rice & Quinoa, loads of veggies. Seeds & nuts raw. Small amount of fruit but go nuts on avocado and loads of water and herb teas. Miso if you need something warm and salty. Salad galore!!
