Took a quick trip to Mexico, are you traveling with me in stories?! Sending you post cards all along the way! We’ve been eating such large breakfasts we’re eating lunch at 2pm and lunch is so good we’re not eating dinner until 10 or 11pm, of course there’s “la merienda” = tea time. We are basically eating the best Mexican food, at every hour of the day! 🍲La barbacoa y menudo were irresistible. Of course menudo came with spicy salsa, cilantro y cebolla & oregano.
