โWhy does my back hurt when I hinge?!โ
Youโre probably not using the right hinge thingz.
If your spine looks like an upside down rainbow ๐ when you hinge - an anterior tilt - your glutes & hams wonโt lengthen as well to handle the load. This will light up that low back FR.
Try this โ> if you take a big exhale ๐ฎโ๐จ and slightly tuck your tailbone, your rib cage stacks over your pelvis. This stack creates a little more tension in your core and allows your glutes to do more work - and your back to do LESS ๐
