We are constantly tweaking and optimizing our process, learning from our data and each other, and applying those findings to better our operation. This group has shown some great flexibility and is always facing new challenges head on"⁠ ⁠ 🗓What have been some of your goals for 2022?⁠ ⁠ "My goals for 2022 are to continue improving as a Scientist, husband and father. I'd love to continue to advance my contributions to the fermentation team and the company as a whole, and get as much quality time with my family as possible.
