I wanted to remind you all of this personal project I started working on a few years ago; Black Makeup Legends. In conversation with some beauty friends we realized that there wasn’t much information available about Black makeup “OGs.” From that point I started doing independent research on artists I knew and artists that I began to find out about through the research process. I am still working on this and I aim to share even more with you all in the future.
