A Cinnamon Toast Crunch cheesecake is what y’all asked for, so I had to get it done! ..but I used the new strawberry one, which is actually better than the OG in my opinion. Don’t come for me.. Recipe for a 9 inch round pan 👇🏽 3 blocks of cream cheese 1 1/2 stick of melted browned butter 2C graham cracker crumbs (I used stroopwaffle cookie crumbs) 1/2 Cinnamon Toast Crunch ( add a handful or so if too wet) 3 eggs 1C sugar 1C cinnamon toast crunch cereal milk 1T vanilla extract Bake crust at 350 for 8-10 minutes. Cool for at least 15 minutes before adding the filling. Bake cheesecake at 325 for 75 minutes.
