To do the workings, mind and body, require great tapas (effort) -even a simple counting of steps & breaths as we are creatures of patterns but I never stop. Some people speak of some separation between 'practice’ and 'performance' or 'actual living' as in 'application'. But none of these are really separate. There was never a separation to begin with.
