✨AD✨ Come celebrate Mid Autumn Festival with me in Chinatown! 🥮 @chinatownlondon Mid Autumn Festival is on Saturday 10 September, and I’m sure you’ve seen mooncakes and lanterns around Chinatown already! 📍Bun House @8unhouse I love mooncakes and look forward to it every year! 🥮 This year Bun House has created classic mooncakes in a set of 4 flavours: ⭐️ Lotus seed paste ⭐️ Egg custard ⭐️ Red bean with aged tangerine peel ⭐️ Chestnut cream The packaging is also so classy which makes a beautiful gift for friends and family! 📍Plum Valley @plumvalleyrestaurant Another part of Mid Autumn Festival is getting together with family and loved ones for a festive meal! We visited Plum Valley to try their celebratory dishes: ⭐️ Stir Fried Lotus Root - lotus root is an auspicious food which symbolises strong family bonds ❤️ ⭐️ Stir Fried Whole Crab in Curry Sauce - crab is in season around Mid Autumn and is a popular dish, I loved this in the fiery curry sauce! ⭐️ Deep-fried sea bass in sweet and sour sauce - a classic dish which looks so impressive on the table!
