π₯1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
π₯1/4 tsp. nutmeg (optional)
π₯1 cup carrot, finely shredded
π₯1 cup zucchini, finely shredded
π₯1/2 cup egg whites (or 1/4 cup ground flaxseed + 1/2 cup warm water)
π₯1/4 cup almond butter (or nut or seed butter of choice)
π₯1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce (or 100% pure pumpkin)
