Thanks to @emmawillisofficial & the amazing @nextofficialpr crew for inviting & allowing me to take their guests through an intro to @athletic_mobility class at @retreateast I could’ve just made everyone sweat through exercises for an hour but as Emma’s fitness clothes range are based on a sustainable wellness approach to exercise, the ‘workout’ had to be something that reflected this. I designed a 1 hour intro to A-Bility in the hope that I can pass something onto their guests that stays long after the endorphins fade.
