The organizer of the brand @centerforcosmicwonder and contemporary artist, Yukinori Maeda is also a close friend of mine and one of my favorite artist. He works out of northern part of Kyoto, in a small traditional Japanese housing in the countryside, and he utilizes his experience as a photographer, painter, and sculptor, and expresses his spirituality through the clothings and spaces that he designs. The main artwork that he contributed for this project is titled 'Letter', and it is made up of actual letters from his friends, which was shredded apart and then put back together again. I think it's an amazing idea, and it represents a beautiful memory. His work will be displayed @isetan_the_space until June 30th and they will also be available for sale.
