I’ve been too paralyzed by my overwhelming gratitude and anxiety to post anything beyond a story about what the last few days and weeks and years have been like for me doing this show. But my friend @crushglobal took this pic of me laughing about who the fuck knows what and I realized something. Despite all the literal blood, sweat and tears I put into making this show, at the end of the day, I’ve become part of a small and coveted group of black creators and showrunners.
