Honestly this butter is so good it belongs on your holiday table even without the caviar .5 pound butter, room temp .5 bunch chives, chopped zest of 1 Meyer lemon (use an orange if you can’t find) Salt, to taste! (I like mine salty) Either pulse it in a food processor or whip it in a stand mixer until it’s a bit fluffy. Serve at room temp! Can easily make ahead and freeze. Put in your fridge overnight to defrost then pull out on the counter the morning you want to serve it. YUMM
