Last week I got to show my movie to the public for the first time. It’s been 3 years since we started making @punkkidsfilm, but for me, I’ve been trying to make this movie my whole life. Ever since I was a little kid this was my dream, and if you know me I’ve been talking about it for a while. I’m so grateful to everyone involved in making this dream a reality. There’s so many people I can thank, but I wanted to give special acknowledgment to my wife @xo.karissa. She was there for me when PK was only an idea in my head. She read the first drafts of my script and believed I could make it happen. She supported me through all the highs and lows of making a feature film, all while pregnant, twice! I couldn’t have done it without her love and support and the support of my friends, family, and partners who believed in me. I hope this movie will make others believe they can accomplish their dreams too. Just keep taking the steps and you’ll get where you want to go, believe me.
