What is the one area of the body that needs strength and mobility for every single station (plus the running) in HYROX? ANKLES! Often ignored or fully forgotten, but it is IMPERATIVE to train your ankles so that they are stable and mobile because of the movements we do in Hyrox. They are, after all, foundational to our body and movement and the stronger they are the more weight we can push, the further we can jump, the faster we can lunge, and the deeper we can squat.
