J E L L Y F I S H ➖ From a light jellyfish to a darker one... Trying to enjoy a real Summer after a horrible heat, a lot of fire in the south of France because of the heat... Then after wind, grey sky, rain and thunderstorm... Nonetheless, it’s one of the first Summer where I had some rest with my family and friends. Focus on myself : my body and mental health ‘goals’. I met amazing new people who helped me to open my eyes on what I want and really need and always keep chasing my dreams. It’s ok to be weak sometimes, to fall, but the most important thing is to keep going on and get up again and again. What I loved to do is to think of the woman I was five or ten years ago and to see all the things I’ve done to be proud of. It’s not always easy and I don’t feel ok with compliments sometimes, but when we are well surrounded by positive and safe people we can achieve a lot of goals and/or dreams. #mentalhealth #bodyhealth
