SO easy to make, no-bake, absolutely delicious and a ✨TRIPLE DECKER SANDWICH ✨ Hello!!! And guess who I got aboard the dada rice cake series? The one, the only, @lundbergfarms!!! Lundberg Family Farms is my go-to rice cake, and I love that they use renewable energy, build soil health, and provide habitat for hundreds of species. I am a Lundberg groupie - I love them, and I love the #DadaRiceCakeSandwich 💘Enjoy this recipe and tag me @dadaeats when you make it! 🤝 You will need: 3/4 cup chocolate chips 1 tbsp coconut oil 6 @lundbergfarms Lightly Salted Thin Stackers Flaky salt Caramel 1/4 cup peanut butter 3 tbsp maple syrup 1 tsp vanilla extract Method Line a small baking sheet with parchment paper. Melt the chocolate chips with coconut oil in the microwave, in 15 second increments, stirring between intervals until the chocolate is smooth and glossy. In a small bowl, combine all ingredients for the caramel together until smooth. Take one rice cake, and spread peanut butter caramel on it. Then add another rice cake on top, sandwiching them together. Now, add more peanut butter caramel on top of that second rice cake. Add a third rice cake and sandwich all three cakes together once again. Once secure, submerge the entire sandwich in melted chocolate, coating every side until fully covered. Let remaining chocolate drip off the rice cake before transferring to the lined baking sheet. Repeat with the other three rice cakes. Finish with flaky salt, and transfer to the fridge for about 30 minutes or until the chocolate has hardened. Take a bite, or cut in halves, like a real sandwich!
