Recipe for for at least 6 people • 16oz mac • 1 box of seasoned herb stove top stuffing and 1/2 stick butter • 1 quart of heavy cream (you may not need it all) • 1/3C pasta water • 2T butter • seasonings: S&P, garlic powder, a pinch of chili powder, ranch powder, paprika, ground mustard, franks hot sauce • 8oz of the following: medium cheddar, Gruyere, Monterey Jack, white cheddar.
