a love letter to comfort food + cold weather meals 🐲 (details below) crawling out of the winter months and into warmer days, here are some of my favorite cozy meals that kept me warm 🌛 soups, curries, noodles and the likes—most definitely going to be consuming throughout the summer months, I’ll just have to throw in a couple ice cubes first :p in my bowl: homemade dumplings in soup with snow fungus, cabbage, snap peas curry noodle soup made from leftovers from a thai restaurant tried and true peanut butter udon singaporean laksa with two (2) different types of rice noodles because I didn’t have enough of either gochujang mac and cheese green curry shrimp and broccoli pad see ew preserved lemon curry lentils with homemade naan VERY SPICY red curry shrimp lap cheong congee with quail eggs and wood ear mushroom (literally had this 2x a week minimum it’s so good) A ROUND OF APPLAUSE FOR SOUP SEASON!! 🪽 #food #comfortfood #soupseason #curry #cozy #noodles #soup #onmyplate #homecafe #fuelyourbody #dumplings
