QUADFATHER IS BACK π«‘π€ did a leg day workout to get me back in the gym after some time away. iβve been doing a lot of walking, eating + dancing and not a whole lot of training but guess what?? that is OKAY! so worth it and i know ~jim~ will always be there when iβm ready to come back. hereβs what went down:
π SL leg extension (5x10 per leg)
π pause squats (4x10)
π dumbbell RDLs (4x12)
π step up to curtsy lunge (3x8 per leg)
π hip thrusts (4x10)
π calf raises (4x20)
wearing @gymshark studio sports bra + vital seamless shorts
