I got diagnosed with PMDD (premenstrual dysphoric disorder) this week, though I have had it for years undiagnosed. Dr prescribed antidepressant for it. We will see how it goes. 🤞🏻 There are so many things about being a female that aren’t talked about. I thought the struggles I had with periods was just part of being a woman.
