I have been using @mastryapp for two weeks now. I did the 7-day Reset. Everything that came up from this experience has been totally unexpected for me. This reset feels like intense therapy sessions where I got to look deep within at who I am and what I can work on to be the best version of myself. The Self-Compassion and Self-Forgiveness sessions have been powerful. One thing I’ve always known is that if you don’t love yourself, you can’t fully love others. From these sessions, I’ve learned that compassion and forgiveness are closely related and they are so necessary to fully LOVE. Through this hypnobreathwork method, I’ve been able to understand what « actions » or steps to take in my daily life to create the changes I want to see. Letting myself be vulnerable and not being afraid to have certain conversations are at the top of my list. I may never really check them off as « done » since it is something I will keep working on.
