LexPR has been muted, listening and learning. As an agency and as individuals, we understand that we can, and must, do better. We are grateful for the many resources being shared by BIPOC voices that we have long respected and also recently discovered. It is not their job to teach us, but it is our job to learn, grow and act. We are committed to being more aware and present every day and becoming strong allies for the BLM movement, and especially for our friends and colleagues who have shouldered the weight for too long. We will be providing time off for our staff to take an active role in this important movement in ways that are meaningful to each of them. As a company, we will make a donation on behalf of each employee to a relevant charity of their choice. It doesn’t stop here; we will continue to educate ourselves and work to promote equality.
