Also, on the second distillation pass, we distilled this mezcal with cinnamon, coconut, Chile de arbol, and plantains. Taking it even further, this mezcal was distilled in both clay pots AND madroño tree trunk and blended together. 🤯 This super rare and limited mezcal batch yielded a limited number of cases.
