Dance is so many things for so many people.. but one of my favorites is that dance is a way for you to not only grow your artistry, but your confidence and your love for your self 🤍 When we’re in the studio training - there’s a certain kind of essence and radiance that shines through my students when they’re able to look at themselves in the mirror and appreciate who they are and see themselves in a beautiful way 🦋 This combo was all about finding the fluidity at certain moments and knowing when to make it super ooooozy but also keeping that sexy and beautiful energy throughout the entire piece.
