🦞How to cook a simple & delicious lobster tail This can be done in the oven or on a grill using an indirect cooking method. Once again, I got the idea for stuffing the shell with lemon slices from @chefjettila and it is fantastic! I simply sprinkled some @tinacannoncooks European Blend on it and popped this beautiful @getmainelobster tail in the oven for 12 minutes at 350°. This needed about 3 more minutes to reach the desired temperature of 142°. Once it rests for a few minutes, it will be at 145° and ready to eat. The meat is opaque and tender, just how we want it. You can baste with butter along the way but it will increase cooking time due to heat loss from opening the oven/grill. A coat of melted butter before seasoning is definitely recommended. Oh and don’t pay attention to my thumbnail, that’s what happens when you close your tripod on your finger. #creatorlife I hope my little 2 part Lobster tutorial was helpful to you.
