I myself will be participating in a damp January and so I thought we should kick things off with this Pineapple Coconut Mocktail What are you looking forward to most this year? 4 oz Coconut Water 3 oz Pineapple Juice 1 oz Grapefruit Juice Ice Garnish: Grapefruit wedge or mint In a glass add coconut water, pineapple juice, grapefruit juice and ice.
