Just as still water reflects a clear image of the face that peers into it, our lives and actions reflect the true state of our hearts. Our external behaviours and choices are a reflection of our internal thoughts and intentions. 
Proverbs 27:19 speaks as a reminder to align our inner selves with our outward actions and to prioritise the inner growth and sincerity in our interactions and relationships.
