“We have a workforce who is essential to not only the families they support, but their own families and communities.” - Ai-jen Poo @aijenp is a next-generation labor leader who has dedicated her life to improving the lives of domestic workers through her work at the National Domestic Workers Alliance, a non-profit organization that fights to ensure fair work for those clean and provide care in our homes, a majority of whom are women of color and immigrants.
