On the palate, the bitterness softens into a subtle sweetness, followed by delicate traces of cinnamon, clove, and black tea such as Assam or Earl Grey. ⁡ LUO Bonsai Gin： Like stepping into a quiet forest. Bonsai Gin is built on pine, supported by cardamom, clove, cinnamon, ginger, and a soft layer of black tea. The first sip brings cool wood and warm spices together, reminiscent of a forest before dawn.
