On June 24, 2022, the Supreme Court ruled to overturn the right to abortion care in the United States. As a Canadian-based platform, we wish to share resources and amplify the work of organizations who have been championing reproductive rights in the United States and Canada for a long time. We stand by, with, and for women, and transgender and gender non-binary persons’ rights everywhere in the world and are here to offer support. At PPG, we firmly believe that abortion care is healthcare, that the decision for an abortion should be between the individual patient and their healthcare provider, and that access to safe abortions is vital.⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ In Canada, access to abortion care varies from province to province, as well as between rural and urban centres.
