I studied classical piano for 11 years and pursued music as my first major in college. As for why I like playing music? I have no answer for that one... I just always have”⁠ ⁠ 🧪 How long have you been working with microalgae?⁠ ⁠ “I started working with microalgae at Solazyme in 2008 when I switched my career from Pharma to the Biofuels industry”⁠ ⁠ 🗓️ What have been your goals for 2022?⁠ ⁠ “My goals for 2022 are to ramp up Checkerspot‘s oil production capacity both in house and at our CMO's in order to meet our upcoming oil demands. Part of this effort will be to optimize oil production throughput at our Alameda facility to meet an expanding fermentation capacity”⁠ ⁠ 💭 What is your favorite microalgae fact?⁠ ⁠ “Favorite microalgae fact... Well, I am still amazed after all these years at what efficient oil producers they are.
