One of the things I miss most during the pandemic was not doing my regular retail trainings. I always do the trainings for my brands because I think it's critical to keep a pulse on what sales associates are hearing from customers and feeling about your products. It's a great time to learn and also share. Whenever I do trainings, I have anecdotes about different products and brands and I love when I go back and the sales associate says, "I always laugh when I remember...." or "I tell people all the time that..." It is super rewarding for me and I hope to be back at it soon.
