And we want to encourage our community to join us by simply thinking of others more in 2023. Introducing The 12-4-5 Challenge: 12 months, 4 challenges a month that only take 5 minutes to accomplish! Each month we’ll be posting a new set of challenges that our team and hopefully our community (that means you!) will set out to complete in an effort to practice selflessness, build and strengthen relationships, and foster authentic connection. We believe the world and our lives can be a little bit brighter, a little less lonely, and whole lot more full if we take the time to care for others and set intentions towards having a more generous spirit.
