Little Miss Mila Joy Jensen 🍒 Sweeter than cherry pie ❤️ Mila means “gracious,” “hope,” “dear,” “new life,” and even “miracle” in several languages, which feels just right because she is the miracle we have prayed, wished, and hoped for. Her name also honors the memory of Brian’s lovely grandma Millie. Joy, translates to “Shadi” in Persian—a reminder of the happiness we hope she carries within her and spreads to the world around her. It’s also a nod to her incredible auntie, whose unwavering love, loyalty, and nurturing presence has been a constant in every season of my life. We’re soaking in every snuggle, sigh, and sleepy stretch, fully in awe of this tiny human who has already changed our world. Thank you for all of the kindness and shared joy you’ve shown us as we become a family of 3 🥹😭 It is an incredible feeling knowing our daughter is being welcomed into the world by a community of people who are happy she’s here 🫶🏻
