Today was a pretty rad day. Not one for the sob stories, but we did it. I spent 2 weeks in the hospital at the beginning of November with a lung infection and a lung that collapsed twice during a small procedure. It was the peak of an unknown condition I’ve had for over 2 years. The only question I had was “When can I go skiing?” If you know me, you know It’s what I love. I told my doctors that every winter I come to interior British Columbia to shred and it’s rowdy. Once I got out of the hospital, I started a pulmonary rehab program to regain my lung function. Walking a mile was a challenge. Hit a few bumps in the road, but really hyped that today I hiked Terminator peak at @kickinghorsemtn. I had done it last year, but what once took 20 min, took an hour. But we fuckin did it man. Added bonus was the best turns of the trip on the way down. Worth mentioning, that @cheryljasmine watched like 9 seasons of curb your enthusiasm in a hospital bed with me every day 😂❤️
