This recipe is perfect for a breakfast or as a snack⚡️ Base: 40g oats 20g @proteinworld tropical smoothie flavour slender blend 130ml water First layer: 125g Mango and passion fruit yoghurt Toppings: Some mango in cubes Desiccated coconut Directions: -In a bowl mix oats and milk until combined. Microwave for90 sec. At this point the oats need to have a creamy texture - not watery! -Add slender blend to oats and mix well.
