As we soak up the last of the summer, we are thoroughly enjoying the Quintodecimo Exultet. A lovely interpretation of the Fiano di Avellino grape variety from the Campania region of Italy with core notes of frangipane and peach alongside hints of acacia, fresh mint, citrus and honey.
