This will be my last donation -based breathwork class. i have been working on a new curriculum, classes, workshops and teacher/practitioner trainings, all of which i will be launching next year under my new energetic/somatic work channel @bodyspiritmagic. all my future offerings will always have spots for those facing financial/life difficulties, and i will still release free content to help people navigate the crazy waters of the inner and outer worlds. i have always loved being able to do these classes on a donation based level, but after teaching in-person for most of the year, i’ve realized that creating a true energetic exchange is valuable for both the teacher and the student. when you invest time/money/energy into something, you are way more likely to show up for it. i’ll always keep my classes affordable, with tiered pricing- not in it to become a wealthy wellness guru- just want to breathe, feel, experience with you in a way that honors all the energies. sign up link is in my bio.
