Well that was terrifying! So at the beginning of this year I decided to take up a “hobby”. A quick internet search later and I was soon enrolled in weekly classes at a local singing school. Despite almost backing out due to post-covid and post-flu respiratory issues, this afternoon I braved the mid-year end of term showcase, performing a rendition of I’m Checking Out from the film Postcards From the Edge.
