we’re dropping balls tonight babes. and I, for one want to intentionally drop some I’ve been juggling for way too long. for some of us it’s been an amazing year, full of exciting milestones and memories. for some, it’s been a wander through the fog of grief, grappling at the walls to stay upright. for some of us–it’s been a mix of both and an invitation to witness life inside that gray area, where joy and pain co-exist. honoring whatever 2022 has brought up for you babes, and holding space for whatever you want to call in, whatever frequency you want to hold in this new year, outside resolutions or the incessant feeling of the need to “fix” ourselves. Let’s be right here, right now with whatever is in this very moment. Let’s be present for the last couple hours of 2022 and thank her for the lessons and release anything that we don’t want to carry into 2023. Xo al
