We have an in depth video coming soon! Cliff notes: our father started a plastics business in 1994 (had others before). Jason and Jordan (me) worked there in summers in high school. Jason worked when we were losing money every month and was there for 20+ years building with our father. Jordan is 8 years younger and got pulled from college to help a plant about to go out of business. Worked there 15+ years. We both worked 24/7/365 up until the day it sold.
