The One Million Black Women initiative is anchored in listening to, learning from, and investing in Black women. After 50+ listening sessions featuring nearly 20,000 Black women from across the U.S., we created Black in Business, a 12-week business education program helping Black women entrepreneurs. #BlackBusinessMonth
