my life goal has always been to get the ⭐️.....for years I thought If I really wanted to achieve this goal I would have to move to a city where the guide was present, but then a miracle happened when the @visitflorida & @miamiandbeaches gave us all the chance to be inspected for the opportunity of a lifetime!!!! For that I will forever be grateful 🙏🏻 @michelinguide awarded the crew at @stubborn_seed the coveted 🌟 when I say this restaurant team is the best in the business I mean it. I couldn’t be more proud to work with such a talented and passionate group of hospitality pros and I’m humbled by Michelin’s recognition of our little south of fifth neighborhood restaurant. Also want to say thanks to all the amazing humans that have passed through the steel dragon from the near 5 years we’ve been open...cooked, created & collabed, washed dishes, ran plates, in the hardest of conditions... you all know who you are and I will ❤️ you forever.
