Mahi Mahi Tacos A couple weeks ago I visited America’s oldest fish market (over 200 years old). The fish selection was insane - everything from local striped bass to giant imported blue fin tuna. But surprisingly it was the people I met, rather than the fish, that were most interesting. I met several people (including Eddy) who had worked at the market for over 50 years. From midnight to 8am, they’ve worked as a key stepping stone between fishermen and all of our favorite supermarkets and restaurants.
