PROTOCOL:
1️⃣ Strength 3 sets: conventional deadlift
2️⃣ Metcon for time 3 rounds: reverse lunge, sumo squat, suitcase marches, push-up release
3️⃣ tricep finisher 3 sets: cable overhead tricep extension into regular tricep extensions
