This is my mom. A few days before she passed away — one week ago today. I hesitated to post it — however, I’ve been caught all day, thinking I should call her — I mean, it’s Easter — and then I’d remember she’s not there to chat. I went to photos and saw such happy hope in her eyes here, even when knowing her earthly time was ending, and it felt, to me, a very good post for today — in celebrating her life and her spirit that will never leave those she touched in her life — and maybe it will do some good for people to see in some very challenging times. Now she’d probably tell me to “stop typing and let people go have some ham or remember the nice Seder they just had — enough about me.” Happy holiday from me and Arlene.
